Paying Patients

hospital corridor

Treatments and services for paying patients have been temporarily suspended. The Trust will not be taking any enquiries at this time

Sheffield Children’s Hospital can offer care to paying patients, including:

  • patients who have private medical insurance
  • patients who are paying for their own treatment (self-funding)
  • patients who are sponsored by an embassy or other third party

Why us?

Sheffield Children’s Hospital is one of only three dedicated children’s hospital trusts in the UK. Many of our clinicians are considered national and international experts in their fields.

In addition to high quality care, we also pride ourselves on offering a warm welcome and competitive pricing.

Supporting the NHS

All income from paying patients is invested back into the Trust’s general finances. This allows us to support improvements which benefit all patients.
