Profile

I work on an individual basis with young people who are struggling with aspects of their eating disorders that might be causing negative cycles that they can get stuck in.

I work with you to try to understand these cycles and how they affect your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and we spend time in sessions trying to find ways to challenge these and break out of the cycle. We will talk in session about what might help or what we could challenge then you will do homework between sessions to try and practice these things. This can lead to a reduction in symptoms of anxiety specifically about food and eating, low mood and body image concerns.
