Therapy dog Keegan visits Radiology

06 April 2022
Some children find hospitals a little scary, especially when they see a big machine like our MRI or CT Scanner.

To support one particular patient who’ll be visiting Sheffield Children’s soon, our team brought in a furry little helper you might recognise – it’s Keegan from Therapy Dogs UK.

Keegan visited Radiology with his owner Julie first, and now he’ll be able to provide comfort to our patient when they visit for their scans.

Don’t worry – an additional clean was given to the scanner after Keegan left for the next human patient!
