Across Sheffield Children’s we’re always looking to improve the experience children, young people and their families have when they come to the Trust.
Today we’re sharing this survey in order to understand how we can improve our Emergency Department for people who may need additional space, have sensory needs, mental health needs, and/or need a quiet or sensory room within the department.
This has been put together by our dedicated team which supports patients and families with additional needs. It is part of ongoing work across the Trust to understand how we can improve things such as waiting areas and create spaces for those who need it when coming to Sheffield Children’s.
The survey is only eight questions and shouldn’t take more than five minutes: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/77R7GF3
Thank you for your help in shaping our services.
