Sheffield Children’s is beginning to launch an online Hub, a quick, easy and secure way to view appointments online.

Patients and their families will be able to access it online through a link sent via text message and will provide them all the information they need about upcoming appointments.

Through the Hub, you can view the information of the appointment as well as a map of where your appointment is alongside parking information. You can also choose to accept or rebook the appointment.

Patients who are over 14 years old can access and manage their own appointments and information.

As this is a new system, we will continue to send a paper copy of the appointment letter to the listed home address. We are looking to include the appointment letter in the Hub soon.

We will be opening up the Hub gradually, meaning if you have two appointments in different specialties, you may only see one of them in the Hub. Don’t worry; the appointment not showing in the Hub is still booked. We will be working hard to get all specialties into the Hub as quickly as possible.
