Artwork, play and Governors on the agenda at the next Youth Forum meeting

Young people aged 12-18 are warmly welcomed to our next Youth Forum meeting which takes place at the hospital on 1 March.

The group meets every few months to talk about a range of issues in the Trust over a slice of pizza.

Items on the agenda for the March meeting include:

• hearing about the work of Artfelt, the charity which looks after artwork and decoration for the Trust (including the new bedrooms pictured above)
• a discussion with a Play Specialist about the role of play and what more the Play Team can do to support older patients
• planning for Children’s Takeover Day in November
• Patient Governors Ayman and Sophie on being a Trust Governor ahead of this summer’s elections
